Kraft Corrugated Board

Custom mailer boxes are crafted using Kraft Corrugated Board. Typically, these Kraft Corrugated boards are comprised of three layers of Kraft paper: an outer surface layer, a middle layer with a corrugated texture, and an inner surface layer, which are bonded by glue. Depending on your preference, you have the choice to opt for either Bleached White Corrugated Board, Natural Kraft Corrugated Board, or Black Corrugated Board as the material for the box.

Kraft corrugated board possesses numerous advantages, including its lightweight nature, moisture resistance, ability to provide insulation, ease of handling, strong structural integrity, and impact-resistant properties. Furthermore, corrugated paper is environmentally friendly and can be recycled.

When it comes to corrugated board types, A and B corrugated boards are commonly employed for external transportation packaging boxes, while B-type corrugated board is often used for beer boxes. E-type corrugated board is ideal for single packing boxes that require a certain aesthetic appeal and can accommodate items of appropriate weight. F and G corrugated boards, collectively known as micro corrugated boards, are incredibly thin and find application in disposable packaging containers for hamburgers, pastries, and other food items. They are also used for packaging micro electrical products like digital cameras, portable combination stereos, as well as refrigerated goods.
